Wasatch Front Invitational Itinerary – Bring lunch for the bus, $3 for pizza

Sat. Oct 1
10:00 a.m. Team meeting in band room.  Final check for all equipment.
12:00 p.m. Leave for Herriman HS, 11917 S 6000 W, Herriman, UT 84096
3:15 p.m. Arrive @ Herriman HS. Visit restroom-go to field.
4:00 p.m. Unload Semi.
4:15 p.m. Stretch.
4:00 p.m. Dress in bibs. Fold coats and place on hats.
4:45 p.m. Move to warm-up area
5:10 p.m. Warm up
6:05 p.m. Band Report time.
6:15 p.m. March show
6:30 p.m. Go to semi- change & load all equipment. Pizza delivered.
7:00 p.m. Go to stadium to watch remainder of competition.
9:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony. Visit bathroom on way to bus.
10:15 p.m. Team meeting at bus.
10:30 p.m. Leave for Highland High School.
1:30 a.m. Arrive @ Highland, unload semi and go home.

Hem Marching Bibs!

Please take a few minutes and adjust the hems on your marching bibs this week. There are brads on the inside to make adjustments easy! They should be short enough that they can hang straight down without any creasing on the pleats. Your marching looks much cleaner with properly adjusted pants!

Homecoming Events

The combined band will be playing in the noise parade for Homecoming on Thursday 10/6. The call time at Franklin Middle School (2271 E Terry St) is 3:00PM for a short parade that will go from Franklin to the Holt Arena for the game. After the parade, there will be food provided at a tailgate party in the Holt parking lot. Dress is pep band shirts and ram gear.

Band Swag

We have some vinyl car stickers and magnets available to students and families for a $5 donation to the band program. Help advertise our awesome program and support what we do with a donation!

St. George Fees

The cost per student for our marching band trip to St. George on 1027/30 will be $200. $50 should have been turned in at this point. Please get the remaining $150 in as quickly as possible. The cost per chaperone is $100. Thanks for getting your money in early!
